Finance Manager

Seguin RV — Seguin, TX Full-time Base salary plus commission Saturdays required. Closed Sundays. Seguin RV is hiring an F&I Manager for our sales department. We sell travel trailers and fifth wheels and are looking for someone who can help close deals, work with lenders, sell finance products, and make sure every deal is accurate before the customer leaves. This is not just a paperwork job. The right person will be a profit producer and a safeguard for the dealership. Responsibilities Present financing and protection options to customers Work with banks, credit unions, and finance companies Submit credit applications and manage lender approvals, stipulations, and funding conditions Sell service contracts, GAP, tire/wheel, appearance protection, and related products Review buyer's orders, retail contracts, title documents, trade paperwork, payoffs, and lienholder information Make sure deal jackets are complete, accurate, and ready for accounting/funding Help prevent funding delays, title issues, and compliance problems Communicate clearly with customers, sales staff, accounting, and lenders Maintain a professional and honest closing experience Qualifications Prior F&I experience preferred RV, auto, powersports, marine, or dealership experience helpful Strong sales ability and attention to detail Comfortable working with lenders and customers Able to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced sales environment Must be organized, dependable, and professional Must be available Saturdays Compensation This position pays a base salary plus commission on F&I production .
