Competitive pay based on experience Health, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits Company-paid short-term disability insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Title functions Manage floorplan and manufacturer postings and reconciliations Monitor and reconcile inventory and accounting schedules Book vehicle deals and perform schedule reconciliations Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Supervise accounting office personnel and general ledger activity Process payroll and assist with HR-related functions Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Collaborate with dealership leadership to support daily operations What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required Experience with dealership accounting software Strong understanding of accounting schedules, controlled accounts, and the general ledger Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with dealership month-end close processes Working knowledge of all dealership accounting office functions Payroll and HR experience preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail If you are looking to take the next step in your automotive accounting career, we encourage you to apply.
