Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) - Mazda, Subaru, Toyota, KIA We're hiring a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver seamless finance solutions, present protection products, and ensure every customer leaves confident in their purchase. Key Responsibilities Present tailored financing and leasing options to customers Maximize F&I income through product sales (service contracts, GAP, etc.) Maintain compliance with all legal and lender requirements Structure deals and secure approvals with a network of lenders Achieve/exceed monthly performance targets (PVR, product penetration, CSI) Deliver a professional, transparent, and efficient customer experience Partner with sales leadership to drive overall dealership performance Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (new car experience required) Strong production history with high PVR and product penetration Excellent CSI track record High energy, competitive mindset, and strong closing ability Detail-oriented and process-driven Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment Valid driver's license This is a rare opportunity to join a nationally ranked store with unmatched volume, income potential, and stability.
