Role Description The Accounting Manager will play a central role in helping LuxView achieve its financial goals across a growing, multi-entity operation with facilities in Tennessee and Utah. This is not only about closing the books or preparing the P&L, although those skills are critical. You will be highly inquisitive of every transaction to justify the business purpose and financial efficiency. You will provide project-level, actionable insights to increase profitability. You will support and mentor junior accounting staff, provide operational and sales teams with financial data to improve the business, and serve as the primary accounting point of contact for the Director of Finance. You will have wide visibility across the business and play a meaningful role in shaping our financial infrastructure as we scale. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
  • Three to five years of accounting experience required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based industries preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
  • Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks; comfortable adopting new financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with data analysis, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
