Systems & Innovation NetSuite revenue guru: Optimize modules, reporting, and workflows. Supercharge processes, controls, and docs for hypergrowth. Champion automations, integrations, and upgrades. Audit & Compliance Pro Lead external audit interactions. Power through audits, reviews, and tech queries. Lock in GAAP, controls, and policy compliance. Leadership & Impact Mentor accounting team with coaching and feedback. Cross-collaborate with FP&A, Ops, IT, and execs. Tackle projects, M&A, and ad-hoc wins. Must-Haves CPA (non-negotiable).
