Full-time | Onsite | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM A rapidly growing manufacturingpany is seeking a hands-on Controller / Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support continued expansion. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys process improvement, and wants to play a key role in operational decision-making. Thepany operates in a modern, paperless Oracle NetSuite environment and offers an energetic, collaborative culture w leadership values initiative, accountability, and new ideas. Key Responsibilities Own full General Ledger and month-end close process Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting Lead accounting operations including oversight of AP/AR workflow Support rebate accounting andmission calculations Analyze operational and product performance trends Assist leadership with forecasting and business analytics Identify and implement accounting process improvements Participate in inventory and operational accounting activities as needed Qualifications Strong General Ledger and month-end close experience required Manufacturing or inventory accounting experience strongly preferred Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments ERP system experience required; NetSuite preferred Stronganizational, analytical, and process improvement skills Ability to lead accounting operations while partnering cross-functionally Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone who is: Curious and process-oriented Comfortable with change and growth Collaborative,municative, and team-focused Positive, adaptable, and highly accountable Engaged inpany culture and operational success What's Offered Competitivepensation + employee profit sharing Opportunity to make immediate operational impact Growth-orientedpany with expansion plans underway Private office environment Leadership team that values employee input and innovation This role reports directly to executive leadership and oversees an AP/AR Clerk. Pay Details:
