Job Description

FINANCE (F&I) MANAGER Automotive Loyalty Automotive, a locally-owned and growing group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond, is looking for an experienced, connected and motivated
FINANCE MANAGER
to lead our F&I team. Responsibilities Work with customers on financing options Present aftermarket products Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve goals, growth and profitability Recruit, coach, and drive performance of F&I team Foster lender relationships Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally Present sales reports and forecasts to management team Required Skills Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry Senior level F&I experience Strong lender relationships Experience with subprime credit customers Leadership skills Computer software and internet proficiency Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Benefits Loyalty Automotive offers an excellent compensation package for full-time employees including: 401K/Profit Sharing Health/Dental Vacation/Sick Leave Opportunity for Advancement
