Adapt and Thrive™.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nThe Treasury Manager will oversee the management of cash flows, optimize investment strategies, identify and mitigate financial risks, manage corporate debt, maintain banking relationships, prepare financial reports, insurance program support and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.\nPRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES\nCash and Liquidity Management\n\n\tOversee weekly cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its operational and strategic obligations.\n\tDevelop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.\n\nBanking and Financial Relationships\n\n\n\tMaintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.\n\tNegotiate banking agreements and manage banking fees.\n\tEffectively work with and support internal business partners including A/R, A/P, Legal, Tax, Legal and IT.\n\nDebt and Investment Management\n\n\n\tMonitor and manage debt instruments, ensuring compliance with covenants.\n\tEvaluate and recommend investment opportunities to optimize returns within the organizations risk tolerance.\n\tProvide analysis of and recommendations on capital structure and financing strategies.\n\nFinancial Risk Management\n\n\n\tIdentify and mitigate risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates and credit.\n\tDevelop and execute hedging strategies in alignment with corporate policies.\n\tEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.\n\nReporting and Analysis\n\n\n\tPrepare regular treasury reports, including cash position summaries, liquidity metrics, risk assessment and investment performance.\n\tConduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.\n\tSupport audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries related to treasury operations.\n\nInsurance Program Support\n\n\n\tSupport insurance program with renewals, policy tracking and analytics\n\tInjury data tracking, analytics and experience modifier monitoring\n\tActuarial support and SOX-aligned reporting processes\n\nTechnology and Process Optimization\n\n\n\tCollaborate with IT to implement automation tools and enhance system integrations.\n\tContinuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.\n\tIdentify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements, including multilateral netting and cash pool structures via in-house banking.\n\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tBachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA preferred\n\t7+ years of accounting and/or treasury experience\n\tRelevant certifications\n\t\n\t\tCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred \n\t\tChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred \n\t\n\t\n\n\n\n\tKnowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls related to treasury operations\n\tSkilled in the use of ERP systems and data visualization tools\n\tAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\n\tKnowledge of banking systems and experience with wire and ACH templates is a plus\n\tFinancial reporting, variance analysis and audit preparation abilities\n\n\n\n\tStrong organizational and project management skills\n\tEffective decision-making skills\n\tLeadership and team development capabilities\n\tStrong mathematical and analytical skills\n\tAbility to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities\n\tEffective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n\nOUR COMPREHENSIVE
