Drive Your Career Forward! Finance Manager Wanted! Perfect Auto is a thriving, customer-focused used car dealership in Manassas, VA. We're passionate about helping our customers find the perfect vehicle, and we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our winning team! Are you a finance whiz with a passion for cars and customer satisfaction? Do you excel at building strong relationships and closing deals? If so, we want to hear from you! Duties Structure and present financing options to customers, maximizing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Secure financing approvals through various lending institutions. Prepare and process all finance and lease paperwork accurately and efficiently. Provide customers with clear explanations of financing terms, including TILA disclosures. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase experience. Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Train and mentor sales staff on finance products and procedures. Achieve monthly finance penetration and profit goals. Effectively communicate with sales and management teams. Qualifications Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry (used car experience a plus!). Strong understanding of automotive financing and leasing processes. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and lenders. Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., DealerTrack, RouteOne). Knowledge of TILA regulations and compliance requirements is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
