Back FP&A Manager Director of FP&A Sterling , Massachusetts Perm 125000 Oct 7, 2026 $125000.00 - $130000.00 KBW has recently partnered with a private equity backed manufacturing organization in the greater Worcester area that's actively looking to hire a FP&A Manager to their team. This will be a high growth and highly visible role in the organization and will be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to push their career forward. The FP&A Manager is reporting directly to the CFO and will help build out the planning and analysis function for the organization! This is a direct hire opportunity and they're looking to interview as soon as possible.

Main Responsibilities:

Build and lead annual budgeting process Build out and maintain rolling forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Perfect budget to actual analysis and provide commentary on variances Develop models around M&A Serve as a finance business partner to several other internal departments Create dashboards and tools to help gain a stronger understanding around performance/ KPI's Responsible for cash reporting and cash flow modeling (Support with covenant reporting as well) Assist with reporting to the Private Equity firm Identifying bottlenecks and creating new process improvements to automate cyclical tasks Assist with ERP implementation projects Work with and report to the CFO! Assisting with other ad hoc duties

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in finance or related field Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive, hands on analytical FP&A experience Strong experience with financial modeling and forecasting Exposure to M&A, acquisition modeling and integration is preferred Advanced Microsoft excel skills as well as strong technical skills are required (Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/ BI tools) Experience working in integrated ERP Systems Experienced working in a private equity backed manufacturing environment is preferred The compensation for this role is 120-130K + Bonus depending on experience.
