Welcome to 802 Honda! Join our team as an F&I Manager, where you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success. Employee Discounts Responsibilities:

Working face to face with customers to complete paperwork necessary for the purchase of a vehicle and warranty products Completing established processes to generate revenue for the department Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship Reviews customers credit applications Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, levels, and customer service Sorting and file paperwork in order to maintain proper record keeping practices Follows up on funding of car deals with banks and OEM while building lender relationships Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in automotive finance, sales, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered Outgoing, high energy personality and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and work well in a process driven environment Exceptional customer service skills, organized, driven, a team player, and possess the ability to "close" Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Ability to operate computer based systems Automotive Finance experience is preferred Join us in our commitment to support Vermonters while driving for unity through community at 802 Honda!
