Job Description
Accounting Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial and administrative operations within a complex, fast-paced environment. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making while partnering with cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of technical accounting expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to influence business outcomes. This role is on-site in Kent, Washington. Accounting Manager Responsibilities Lead and oversee core accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and audit support to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide strategic guidance on financial and administrative programs, aligning processes with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with leadership to allocate resources effectively, supporting business performance and influencing division-level financial outcomes. Establish and enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial systems and operational efficiency. Serve as a key liaison to internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies, communicating financial insights and supporting business decisions. Accounting Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required. 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing teams and complex financial functions. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage resources, and influence strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive results.
