Our privately owned, patient‑focused family dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant and/or Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. About the Role This position is ideal for a disciplined dental professional who can support daily office goals while confidently presenting creative scheduling and financial solutions to patients. You'll work closely with an enthusiastic team and doctor who are committed to each other and to exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Assist with patient scheduling and front‑office coordination Support clinical and administrative workflows as needed Present treatment plans and financial options Maintain accurate digital records in a chartless environment Deliver professional, friendly service at every patient interaction Qualification Dental scheduling experience Proficiency with digital technology Strong organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient‑service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Experience DentalXChange, Dexis Dentrix software programs in a chartless environment, a BIG plus!
