PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and Allied Universal protocols for a financial institution location. Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and document visitor, employee, and vendor access according to post procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations while observing and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or unauthorized activity. Prepare reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, deliveries, and access-related events in accordance with site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have 1 or more years of security-related experience. Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to accommodate last minute shift scheduling. Must be able to travel required distances for Branch Flex assignments. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
