As a Treasury Manager, a typical day might include the following: Developing, implementing, and maintaining treasury policies and procedures approved by the SEL Board of Directors. Managing SEL's global cash positioning, liquidity, and investment activities to support operational and strategic objectives. Developing cash flow forecasts and analyzing worldwide cash balances to optimize liquidity across the organization. Monitoring economic conditions, interest rates, banking markets and currency exposures to assess potential impacts on SEL. Managing relationships with banking partners and financial institutions throughout the world, including banking services, credit facilities and treasury agreements. Collaborating with finance teams across multiple regions to ensure effective treasury practices and compliance with corporate policies. Preparing treasury analyses, forecasts, and reports for executive management and key stakeholders. Leading treasury-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervising and developing a small team of treasury staff. This job might be for you if: You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. You have 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, finance, or a related field. You have experience leading or supervising others. You have experience managing cash flow, investments and banking relationships. You are an innovative, motivated, and self-directed individual. You have strong Excel and financial analysis skills. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. Pay Range Data Treasury Manager:

$123,600 - $176,900 We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
