Treasury Manager Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in Finance at a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative company? Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, strategic, and team-oriented individual to join our world-class Finance team. This position will be responsible for leading SEL's global treasury activities, including cash management, investments, banking relationships, and treasury operations worldwide. If you enjoy collaborating with international teams, managing liquidity, supporting banking relationships, mitigating financial risk, and helping drive business decisions, then this position may be for you! As a Treasury Manager, a typical day might include the following: Developing, implementing, and maintaining treasury policies and procedures approved by the SEL Board of Directors. Managing SEL's global cash positioning, liquidity, and investment activities to support operational and strategic objectives. Developing cash flow forecasts and analyzing worldwide cash balances to optimize liquidity across the organization. Monitoring economic conditions, interest rates, banking markets and currency exposures to assess potential impacts on SEL. Managing relationships with banking partners and financial institutions throughout the world, including banking services, credit facilities and treasury agreements. Collaborating with finance teams across multiple regions to ensure effective treasury practices and compliance with corporate policies. Preparing treasury analyses, forecasts, and reports for executive management and key stakeholders. Leading treasury-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervising and developing a small team of treasury staff. This job might be for you if: You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. You have 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, finance, or a related field. You have experience leading or supervising others. You have experience managing cash flow, investments and banking relationships. You are an innovative, motivated, and self-directed individual. You have strong Excel and financial analysis skills. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Experience supporting multinational operations and global banking structures Location Pullman, WA—SEL's corporate office is located in Eastern Washington where you'll enjoy an unmatched quality of life.

Pay Range Data Treasury Manager:
$123,600 - $176,900 We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
