- Role Summary
- The Accounting Operations Program Manager is the sole subject matter expert (SME) for Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines in accounts payable and fuel accounting strategy and tools.
- Key Duties
- + Leads process improvements and technology enhancements to support new AAG initiatives, fraud prevention, and timely, accurate payments, while gaining support from key leaders.
- Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
- Required
- + 7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.
- Preferred
- + End to end Procure to Pay experience. + Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs. + Banking integration project experience. + Project management experience. + Tableau, Power BI, or experience creating reports / KPIs.

- Salary Range
- $122,800 - $184,200 / year
- Salary Details
- Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon employees. Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
