We're seeking a dynamic Finance Manager who will transform complex financial data into compelling business narratives that shape leadership decisions. Key job responsibilities

  • Manage and report on headcount and operating expenses with precision and insight
  • Collaborate with business and finance leaders to deliver nuanced financial recommendations

About the team We are a collaborative and innovative finance team dedicated to supporting the dynamic world of global media and entertainment. We value intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect financial insights with broader business objectives. Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, or CPA
  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
