Job Description:

Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate - Seattle A high-conviction private equity firm focused on real-economy businesses is looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to its Seattle team. The platform invests in durable, cash-generative companies where value is created through operational improvement, strong management partnerships, and long-term ownership thinking. The firm targets founder-led and family-owned businesses across industrials, manufacturing, infrastructure services, and business services, with a hands-on, fundamentals-driven approach. You will work directly with senior investors across sourcing, execution, diligence, modeling, and portfolio management, with real exposure to CEOs and end-to-end deals from day one. The culture is lean, fast-moving, and highly meritocratic, where Associates are treated as investors and given meaningful responsibility across the full investment lifecycle.

Requirements:
