As a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manger, you will play a crucial role in generating additional revenue by promoting and selling finance and insurance programs, as well as other relevant after-sale items, to both new and used vehicle customers.

Thoroughly explain aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers. Convert cash deals to finance options. Foster and maintain strong relationships with multiple finance sources. Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly. Conduct all business activities ethically and professionally. Handle all paperwork associated with transactions. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Educate customers on warranty coverage and transparently disclose all finance-related documents. Manage alternative finance source programs and stay informed about the latest finance programs. Train sales staff on financing benefits and achieve reasonable profit margins. Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees and handle credit application. Collaborate with sales managers to achieve department goals. Maintain professional appearance and work environment.QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license. Must have an acceptable driving record and submit background check release authorization.
