Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will partner closely with Operations leadership to improve costing processes, inventory accuracy, profitability analysis, and financial visibility throughout the organization. Responsibilities Lead cost accounting and inventory accounting activities Manage and mentor a Cost Accountant Own standard costing, labor and overhead analysis, and variance reporting Partner with Operations on inventory controls, cycle counts, and process improvements Analyze gross margins, product profitability, and manufacturing performance Support ERP optimization and reporting initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience Prior management or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, labor/overhead analysis, and manufacturing operations ERP experience required Manufacturing experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing accounting leader seeking high visibility, direct interaction with executive leadership, and significant career growth potential within a rapidly expanding organization. #
