Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead revenue cycle operations for our clinic. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role oversees key functions such as patient access, billing, coding, collections, denials management, revenue integrity, and vendor coordination. The Revenue Cycle Manager will use data, process improvement, and strong team leadership to support accurate reimbursement, healthy cash flow, operational efficiency, and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Comprehensive and competitive benefits package Work location: Onsite (future hybrid possibility) What You'll Do Lead day-to-day revenue cycle operations, including patient access, billing, coding, collections, denials, and revenue integrity. Develop and monitor performance goals that improve efficiency, compliance, cash flow, and overall revenue cycle results. Use data, reporting, technology, and process improvement to streamline workflows and reduce delays in reimbursement. Collaborate with leadership, providers, Finance, IT, HIM, and clinical teams to support organizational goals. Promote accurate, compliant revenue cycle practices in alignment with payer, CMS, HIPAA, and clinic requirements. Support audits, issue resolution, policy updates, quality assurance, and staff education. Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing revenue cycle team with clear expectations and accountability. Share trends, risks, opportunities, and performance updates with leadership through clear reporting. Build effective relationships with providers, staff, patients, payers, vendors, and community partners. Help resolve complex revenue cycle issues and patient concerns with professionalism and care. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field with at least three years of coding and billing experience; or associate degree in a related field with at least five years of coding and billing experience. At least three years of revenue cycle leadership experience. Experience with Epic, Microsoft Office 365, and revenue cycle reporting tools. Strong understanding of clinic operations and the ability to collaborate effectively with providers, staff, and patients. Ability to lead in a fast-paced healthcare environment with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Preferred experience includes quality programs such as MIPS or WCHQ, data collection and analysis, medical informatics, healthcare reporting, accounting principles, budget setting, insurance reimbursement, process improvement, Epic dashboards, or Epic super user responsibilities.
