Accounting Manager Salary:

Lead accounting for a 50-year-old manufacturing business that is part of a larger organization with approximately 450 employees. Serve as the top Accounting & Finance leader on-site in Mequon and sit on the Senior Leadership Team, providing financial insight to help drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Own the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Oversee account reconciliations, including cash reconciliations and audit-related activities. Lead, coach, and develop the on-site accounting team, with a particular focus on mentoring the Staff Accountant. Partner with senior leadership and operations to provide financial insight and support better business decisions on the shop floor. Support the annual audit and year-end close while maintaining strong accounting controls and processes. Qualifications Manufacturing accounting experience is required, with experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Confident people leader who can coach a team and effectively communicate with senior leadership. Experience with Infor SyteLine or a similar manufacturing ERP is preferred. #LI-CB1 EB-1179926403
