What You'll Be Doing As our Accounting Manager, you'll wear a few different hats — and enjoy doing it: Serve as a trusted advisor and relationship manager for our small business clients, helping them get real value out of their financial picture Assist with internal and external financial reporting processes Represent clients as a knowledgeable partner to lenders, insurance auditors, and financial advisors Prepare, plan, and review business and personal tax returns for key clients Handle sales tax preparation, planning, and review Train non-financial team members on accounting policies and procedures Champion continuous improvement ideas across the company What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Active CPA license 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience 5-7 years of people management experience What We Offer A variety of interesting clients — no two days look the same Flexible working schedule Full benefits package A supportive, collaborative team that takes pride in high-quality work Real opportunity to grow alongside a firm that's going places Sound like you? $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
