Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close. Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reporting, and financial analysis. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis while providing financial insights to leadership. Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to analyze costs, inventory, margins, and overall business performance. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while improving processes, controls, and efficiency across the department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
