Accounting Manager:
  • Own and manage the month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee account reconciliations, including cash reconciliation and audit support activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop members of the accounting team.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
  • Support annual audit activities and maintain strong financial controls.
Qualifications for the
Accounting Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with manufacturing experience
  • Prior supervisory or accounting leadership experience.
  • Experience managing month-end close and reconciliation processes.
