Accounting Manager:
- Own and manage the month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee account reconciliations, including cash reconciliation and audit support activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop members of the accounting team.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Support annual audit activities and maintain strong financial controls.
Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with manufacturing experience
- Prior supervisory or accounting leadership experience.
- Experience managing month-end close and reconciliation processes.
