FP&A Manager Salary:
$125,000 - $150,000 +

FP&A Manager:
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Provide financial analysis and strategic insights related to product costing, pricing, capital investments, and business initiatives Oversee cost accounting, manufacturing variances, inventory reporting, and project accounting activities Develop executive and board-level reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and financial presentations Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while driving process improvements across the organization Qualifications for the
FP&A Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost accounting, and ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable #INJUN2026
