Mortgage Servicing Supervisor Racine, Wisconsin Hybrid Mortgage Banking 3349 Get future jobs matching this search or Job Description Overview Leads team responsible for all activities in the Mortgage Servicing Department including compliance with all applicable JFG policies, processes and procedures; state and federal laws; and regulatory, investor, and mortgage insurer guidelines related to loan administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee compliance management system for servicing area to ensure work is completed in accordance with all applicable JFG policies, processes and procedures; state and federal laws; and regulatory, investor, and mortgage insurer guidelines. 2. Leads team responsible for maintaining, documenting, communicating and adhering to all compliance, regulatory and legal requirements, and investor and mortgage insurer guidelines related to performing loan administration. 3. Provides leadership and direction in establishing team and individual goals, establishing and coaching personal development plans, continuously assessing individual performance, and completing performance and salary reviews within relevant department areas. 4. Ensures all procedures and process meet regulatory and investor requirements. 5. Creates and manages training plans for servicing team. 6. Cultivates and maintains relationships with sales team to maintain open lines of communication. Proactively identifies areas in which the servicing team can support and provide potential business opportunities to sales partners. 7. Manages escrow administration (real estate taxes, hazard insurance, flood insurance, mortgage insurance), arm adjustments, amendments, balloon renewals, and performing loan modifications and amendments, payment and payoff processing, recordation of mortgage documents, preparation of mortgage lien releases, and partial releases. 8. Manages customer service center including inbound and outbound customer phone calls, written customer inquiries, and customer complaints. 9. Identifies technological enhancements while fully leveraging current technology solutions. 10. Cultivates and maintains relationships with external business partners. JOB REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

1.Previous management experience preferred including coaching and developing others, as well as ability to effectively manage change initiatives. 2. Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan administration experience with concentration in mortgage servicing, combined with applicable training and education. 3. Bachelor's degree preferred - combination of education and equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 4. Must have knowledge of Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae and/or Private Investor servicing and CFPB guidelines, as well as familiarity with pertinent state and federal laws and regulations. 5. Ability to consistently demonstrate high quality decision making, keen problem solving and analysis skills. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. 6. Must demonstrate excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills to effectively interact with all levels across the organization as well as stakeholders outside the organization. 7. Computer proficiency and experience in loan servicing platforms is necessary. Strong PC skills required including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Come as you are. Come as You Are.
