Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in securing financing options for their vehicle purchase, including securing loans and leases. Review credit applications and work with financial institutions to find the best financing solutions. Present financing terms and payment options to customers clearly and effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive finance to ensure full compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met during the entire purchasing process. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing options. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales and finance goals. Ensure all financial transactions and documentation are completed in a timely and compliant manner. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, lender programs, and finance-related laws/regulations.
Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, Finance Director, or in a similar finance-related position. Strong understanding of auto finance, lease agreements, and credit approval processes. Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. High level of integrity and professionalism. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals.
