https://www.instagram.com/lifeatcw/ Job Summary Prepares financial and statistical reports related to assigned group initiatives, strategic planning, and special projects. Performs a variety of functions in the areas of financial statement preparation, development of annual budget, and account analysis. Prepares accurate and timely reports and is the financial liaison with assigned areas. Bachelor's Degree Major in Accounting or Finance required. 5+ years of related accounting/financial services experience in a hospital or health care environment required. Experience with physician compensation tracking, recording, analysis and modeling preferred. Previous management experience preferred. Ability to exercise judgment, ingenuity and common sense. Requires advanced organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to detect errors and maintain the highest level of confidentiality when collecting and reporting data. Analytical ability to find solutions to accounting problems. Excellent communication skills necessary to build and maintain relationships. Mastery of Excel, Access and related accounting resources and software. Licensed CPA-Certified Public Accountant (1) - State of Wisconsin within 2 Years required.
