What You'll Do:
Own the commercial revenue forecast for existing and prospective midstream assets, including volumes, tariffs, contract terms, and margin assumptions that support the VP of Commercial and Business Development.

Support the VP of Commercial and Business Development team in evaluating new projects and commercial opportunities (greenfield projects, expansions, connections, and JV structures) through detailed economic and scenario analysis.

Translate commercial contracts, tariffs, transportation service agreements, and customer arrangements into accurate revenue expectations and settlement guidance.

Analyze actual revenue and volumes versus commercial forecasts and contracts; identify drivers of variance and propose commercially focused actions to improve performance (re contracting, tariff adjustments, new services, etc.).Work with Accounting and the Director of FP&A by providing contract- and deal-level revenue assumptions for budgets, long range plans, and monthly reporting, while maintaining ownership of the commercial view of revenue.

Develop and recommend pricing and tariff strategies that balance competitiveness, customer relationships, and targeted returns, and present recommendations to the VP of Commercial and leadership.

Prepare clear, executive ready commercial revenue analyses, deal summaries, and presentations for the VP of Commercial, senior leadership, and, when needed, board or investment committee materials.

Monitor relevant market dynamics (basin supply/demand, competitor tariffs and services, differentials, and regulatory changes) and advise the VP of Commercial on revenue implications and opportunities.

Provide commercial support to negotiations with shippers and counterparties by modeling contract structures (e.g., firm vs. interruptible, take or pay, MVCs, incentives) and recommending terms that align with Bridgers revenue and return objectives.

Collaborate with Operations and Scheduling to align capacity, service offerings, and constraint management with commercial and revenue objectives.

Lead the development and continuous improvement of commercial revenue reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., contract-level P&Ls, lane profitability, customer profitability), in coordination with IT and Accounting.

Establish and document standard processes for commercial revenue analysis, forecasting, and contract data management to ensure consistency, transparency, and appropriate internal controls.

Provide guidance and informal leadership to any analyst resources assigned to commercial and revenue work, including review of analysis and coaching on commercial concepts and deal economics.

Perform other duties as assigned to support Commercial leadership in executing Bridgers commercial strategy.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesA bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field with four or more (4+) years of experience in oil and gas commercial, marketing or revenue-focused analytical roles; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Strong commercial and financial modeling skills, including project economics, discounted cash flow, tariff/fee structure analysis, and sensitivity/scenario work.

Ability to interpret and operationalize midstream contracts, tariffs, and transportation service agreements into practical revenue, pricing, and settlement decisions.

Solid understanding of midstream revenue drivers (volumes, tariffs, MVCs, take or pay, deficiency mechanisms, and allocations) and how they interact with market conditions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex commercial and financial information into clear recommendations for leadership.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple commercial initiatives, and drive assignments to completion in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Education, Experience and/or Abilities Direct experience supporting Business Development or Commercial Leadership on project evaluation, commercial deal structuring, and contract negotiations in the midstream sector. Computer Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
