The Loan Officer Assistant serves as first point of contact for loan officers seeking assistance through The HUB email. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional support for operational, systems, and process-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, resourceful, and passionate about providing exceptional internal customer service. What You'll Do Monitor and respond to loan officer inquiries submitted to The HUB email inbox.
