Financial Services•Client Service & Operations Specialist Full-Time | In-Office Position | Colorado Springs, CO SF Financial Services is a growing retirement and financial planning firm looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Service & Operations Specialist to join our team full time in our Colorado Springs office. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, follow-through, and helping keep operations moving smoothly behind the scenes while also providing excellent client service. Our clients trust us with important financial decisions and life transitions. We are looking for someone who is professional, warm, accurate, dependable, and able to take ownership of their responsibilities without needing constant supervision. This is not a sales position. What You'll Be Doing Work directly with clients to complete applications and paperwork Open new accounts and process account paperwork accurately Handle beneficiary changes, distributions, transfers, and money movement Follow up with custodians and financial institutions to ensure items are completed correctly and on time Track account movement, outstanding paperwork, and pending items Maintain Excel tracking systems and workflows Help ensure a smooth, high-touch client experience Update CRM systems and client records Work closely with our internal team to keep operations organized and moving forward Anticipate next steps and proactively follow through on outstanding items The Ideal Person For This Role Extremely detail-oriented and accurate Strong Excel skills are
REQUIRED
Excellent phone and client communication skills Organized and process-oriented Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces without letting things fall through the cracks Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Calm under pressure and professional with clients Enjoys systems, structure, workflow, and follow-through Warm, positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable speaking with retirees and pre-retirees Experience Preferred Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Mortgage processing Insurance agency operations Financial services client service/support Banking or private client support Escrow/title processing Securities or retirement planning office support Other detail-heavy office environments involving paperwork, compliance, and client interaction

Schedule Full-time Monday-Thursday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Friday:

$18.00•$20.00 per hour
