Job Description Client Service Specialist - Financial Services Direct-hire Portland, OR Hybrid Financial Services What you should know: Mulberry has with a local financial services firm to hire a Client Service Specialist. This position is key to ensuring smooth operations in a client-focused firm that specializes in personalized financial services. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for streamlining processes, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
A day in the life:
Answering and problem-solving incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail and in-person requests professionally and courteously. Prepare, organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork. Complete client paperwork with clients virtually, and maintain communication with the client about the status of accounts. Provide market quotations, place orders, and rebalance accounts at the direction of the financial advisor. Perform investment portfolio research. Maintain records related to Model portfolios and create investment proposals. Identify and provide recommendations regarding processes, procedures, and policies related to investments with the goal of creating a more efficient and error-free client experience. Maintain client and other appropriate information in company software including but not limited to accurate and timely processing of updates and report requests. Execute on assigned projects. Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field strongly preferred 2-3+ years in client service in a financial services organization Must be solution-oriented, able to take initiative, highly organized with a strong attention to detail, communicative, and proactive
Compensation and Benefits:
$63,000 - $73,000 annually plus benefits including 100% employer paid medical insurance, dental and vision insurance options, paid holidays, unlimited vacation time, 401k matching, and bonus eligibility!
