Position Overview Come join our team! Here at Old School Harley-Davidson we are looking for a driven, customer-focused Finance & Insurance Specialist to become a key part of our team. As an F&I Specialist, you will play a critical role in the customer purchase experience by arranging financing, offering protection products, and ensuring all transactions are compliant and seamless. You'll work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Secure financing and present loan/lease options to customers Offer and explain F&I products such as extended service contracts, and theft protection Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Maximize dealership profitability through product penetration and financing opportunities Deliver a transparent, customer-first experience throughout the purchase process Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance standards, and product knowledge Qualifications Previous F&I experience in automotive, powersports, or motorcycle industry preferred Strong knowledge of finance, lending practices, and compliance regulations Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
