Job Description
We are seeking an organized and dependable Finance & Administrative Specialist to support the company's accounting, human resources, and office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting and Finance Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collection efforts. Review employee expense reports, vendor invoices, reimbursements, and supporting documentation. Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, client reports, and special projects. Organize and maintain financial records in accordance with company procedures. Human Resources Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation. Support employee onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and payroll processing. Handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion. Office and Administrative Support Help manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and building management. Maintain contracts, service agreements, filing systems, and company records. Provide administrative assistance to leadership and other departments as needed. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Two to four years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office administration, or human resources. QuickBooks experience is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
