$50,000 - $75,000/year (based on experience)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple brands and entities, including a med spa. Our operations involve high transaction volume, multiple payment platforms, and both domestic and international financial activity. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Bookkeeper to manage and streamline our financial operations.

What You'll Do:

Core Bookkeeping & Financial Management Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable across multiple LLCs Track and reconcile multi-channel payments (Shopify, processors, cash, etc.) Verify and reconcile domestic and international transactions , including imports from China Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records across all entities Multi-Entity & Operational Finance Oversee bookkeeping for multiple LLC's and a med spa operation Manage entity-level tracking, reporting, and organization Ensure proper documentation and financial separation across businesses Payroll & Compliance Process payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors Track expenses, payments, and vendor records for compliance Work closely with the company's accountant on quarterly reporting and filings Reconciliation & Reporting Perform regular bank and account reconciliations Identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly Maintain clean, audit-ready financial records Assist in generating internal financial reports as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (multi-entity preferred) Strong experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Experience handling high transaction volume and multiple payment processors Understanding of payroll (W-2 and 1099) and basic tax coordination Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts Experience with e-commerce or inventory-based businesses is a strong plus Preferred Experience E-commerce accounting (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) International payments and vendor tracking Experience supporting multiple LLCs or business entities

Pay:

$51,531.54 - $70,059.48 per year
