We're currently looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Services Representative to join our in-office team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handle and follow up on client service requests Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Prepare documents and materials for client meetings Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for both clients and advisors

What We're Looking For:

Background in financial services, insurance, or customer service Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive, team-oriented mindset A willingness to learn and grow with our firm Highly desirable: Experience in a financial advisor or insurance office Familiarity with CRMs or industry software Having (or working toward) an insurance license
