Part-time Controller

• Oversee and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial goals.
• Conduct audits to maintain compliance and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage student financial aid and scholarship programs with precision and adherence to policies.
• Develop and update department standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved workflows.
• Utilize financial software such as Paylocity, bill.com, and Abila MIP to manage transactions and reporting.
• Perform data entry tasks to support accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in financial operations.
