Job Description

Job Summary Foxconn Technology USA Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Financial Specialist to join our finance team. You will oversee daily financial operations, ensure transaction accuracy, and manage critical cash workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent work environment and possesses strong technical system skills. Key Responsibilities Cash Management Handle and record cash receipts/payments and banking transactions. Manage Cash flow and execute banking operations, including cash deposits, withdrawls, remittances, fund transfers and check issuances Perform daily cash receipt and payment operations Reconcile cash balances and with accounting records. Prepare and maintain daily collection reports and cash flow forecasts
Check Processing:
Handle incoming and outgoing check operations securely and efficiently.
Expense Reimbursement:
Review, verify, and process employee expense claims against company policy. Manage petty cash applications, reimbursement processing and related accounting records.
Financial Reporting:
Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations. Participate in periodic and asset and cash inventory counts
Independent Operations:
Execute daily transactional workflows with minimal supervision. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and provide support the department administrative functions.
Requirements & Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of practical, hands-on corporate finance experience.
Software Skills:
High proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) accounting systems.
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and absolute integrity.
