Administer and review employee benefits programs. Develop and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Plan and organize business meetings and corporate events. Support employees and handle office-related inquiries. Oversee IT-related administrative matters, including website maintenance, software licensing, and security compliance, in coordination with outsourced IT vendors. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) procedures. Assist with cash, fixed/non-fixed asset, and investment management. Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources. Manage corporate legal documents and corporate governance matters. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies. Perform other duties as assigned. ■ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). QuickBooks experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
