Connexion Systems & Engineering is looking for entry-level and junior-level Refund Specialists to join a busy Cash Management team in Billerica, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build professional experience in banking, accounting, cash management, or financial operations . You don't need extensive accounting experience—we're especially interested in candidates who have developed strong attention to detail through roles such as bank teller, retail cash office associate, cashier, accounts receivable/payable support, or other transaction-focused positions. You'll receive hands-on experience working with financial transactions, reconciliations, refunds, and recordkeeping in a professional office environment. What You'll Do Print, organize, and process daily refund documentation Review refund logs and transactions for accuracy Approve refunds using internal systems Match and reconcile incoming refund checks Prepare and mail refund checks to recipients Research and follow up on outstanding or uncashed checks Maintain accurate records and documentation Support the team with audit and compliance requirements Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy What We're Looking For Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! We're looking for someone who is: Highly detail-oriented and accurate Comfortable working with numbers and financial transactions Dependable and able to manage routine, high-volume work Comfortable working independently and staying organized Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Comfortable using a 10-key keypad A clear and professional communicator Helpful experience includes: Banking or bank teller experience Cash handling or cash office experience Retail or point-of-sale environments Accounting or bookkeeping support Accounts receivable/payable Transaction processing or other administrative roles involving numbers Why This Role?
