Job Description

Elevate your consulting career with this exciting opportunity as a NetSuite Implementation Partner, guiding a mission-driven nonprofit through one of the most pivotal technology transitions in its history. This is a remote engagement where you will serve as the strategic and technical lead on a full legacy ERP to NetSuite migration, with an aggressive and well-defined go-live target. The organization is established, leadership is fully bought in, including a CEO with direct NetSuite experience, and the decision to move has already been made. You are walking into a engaged, motivated team that is ready to execute. Key skills required for this position include: Proven experience leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations, ideally migrating from Sage Intacct or a comparable legacy GL platform Deep understanding of nonprofit accounting principles including restricted revenue tracking, grant funding, and fund allocation Ability to advise on AP and AR workflow design and optimize integrations with existing third-party platforms Strong financial operations knowledge spanning GL setup, budget modeling, profit center allocation, and management reporting Excellent communication skills to engage with executive leadership and cross-functional fiscal teams Experience structuring full project lifecycles across purchase, customization, testing, launch, and post-launch support If you are a results-driven NetSuite consultant looking to make a meaningful impact for an organization that is genuinely ready for change, this is the engagement for you. The pain points are real, the timeline is defined, and the appetite to get this right is there at every level. Come in, lead the transformation, and leave behind a system that actually works.
