In this role, you'll independently perform a variety of specialized business support functions while partnering closely with colleagues across the College. You will: Support day-to-day business and fiscal operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing Research information, collect data, and prepare routine analyses on reports related to purchasing, payments, and other financial activities Serve as a point of contact for routine questions, acting as a liaison between departments, vendors, and internal partners
Key Responsibilities:
Reconciling One Card transactions Processing employee and student reimbursements Submitting payment requests and non-PO vouchers Creating and managing requisitions and purchase orders Assisting with contract processing Completing Cash Receipts Reports (CRR) processing Shift Generally, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Some flexibility with supervisor approval is available on start and end times. Minimum Qualifications An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications Prior work in PeopleSoft or a similar enterprise financial system Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with attention to detail Commitment to teamwork and providing excellent service Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range:
$18 - $21.50/hour
