MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP, ACCOUNTS

PAYABLE and/or

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXPERIENCE

• Responsibilities:

• Perform general finance specialist duties, including but not limited to managing accounts payables and accounts receivables, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.
• Input vendor invoices in a timely manner, as well receiving PO's.
• General filing, answer customer inquires, help maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all relevant regulations.
• Creating and auditing invoices

Requirements:

• Proven experience and proficiency in using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and clearly noted on resume.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) are a bonus.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
