Financial Planning Specialist - Wealth Management Iselin, NJ | Full-Time | In-Office Base Salary + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses | Target Compensation Around $80K - $100K Bravias Financial Group is seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to support its advisor team with the technical side of financial planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes building plans, analyzing portfolios, running retirement projections, and developing planning strategies without needing to be in a sales-focused advisor role. Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, investments, taxes, cash flow, debt, and estate planning. Analyze client portfolios and recommend asset allocation and investment strategies. Run retirement projections and evaluate planning scenarios. Identify tax-efficient planning opportunities. Work closely with advisors to prepare recommendations and client deliverables. Update financial plans and support ongoing client needs. Answer basic client questions by phone when needed. Qualifications Experience in financial planning, wealth management, an RIA, or related financial services role. Strong understanding of retirement planning, investments, and portfolio analysis. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Financial planning software experience preferred. Series 7 is a plus, but not required. CFP® or other planning credentials are a plus. Ideal backgrounds include Financial Planning Associate, Financial Planning Specialist, Paraplanner, Financial Planning Analyst, or Wealth Planning Associate .
