Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Factoring Operations Specialist for an onsite contract opportunity in West Henrietta, NY. This role supports critical back-office financial operations, including payroll processing, invoicing, funding, reconciliations, cash movement, reporting, and data validation. The Factoring Operations Specialist will work in a fast-paced financial operations environment where accuracy, timeliness, and strong follow-through are essential. - Prepare and reconcile weekly funding reports, including invoice purchases, accounts receivable activity, and reserve analysis.
- Build, validate, and process Excel and CSV files for system imports while ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
- Process ACH and wire transactions within required banking deadlines.
- Generate accounts receivable aging reports and financial reports to support operational visibility.
- Balance payroll, invoicing, accounting records, and related financial transactions.
- Research discrepancies, document corrections, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptions. Compensation and Benefits
