Job Description

Job Summary Client Financial Services Specialist The Children's Resource Center (CRC) is seeking a Client Financial Services Specialist who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll guide families through the financial enrollment process by verifying insurance, establishing individualized financial agreements, and ensuring required documentation is complete before services begin.
What You'll Do:
Welcome youth, families, and guardians with professionalism and compassion Verify insurance, Medicaid, and other payer information Establish and maintain individualized financial agreements Maintain accurate client financial records and documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support timely access to services Provide backup administrative support as needed
What You'll Bring:
Required High school diploma or equivalent Previous office or administrative experience Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Basic mathematical aptitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn an electronic health record system Preferred Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, insurance verification, or medical billing. Knowledge of Medicaid, commercial insurance, or electronic health record systems.
