Adecco has partnered with Morrow County Area Transit to identify a qualified Fiscal Specialist/Supervisor to oversee key financial operations while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Position Overview This full-time position plays a critical role in managing the agency's financial operations and supervising staff. The ideal candidate isanized, dependable, andfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Regular, punctual attendance is required Key Responsibilities Serve as the agency's fiscal officer, handling: Accounts payable & receivable Budget tracking, balancing accounts, and financial reporting Procurement and inventory tracking Supervise and support staff, ensuring expectations and training requirements are met Oversee payroll processes, personnel files, and onboarding support Work with ODOT on grant reimbursement requests and required reporting Maintainpliance with county policies and procedures Coordinate with County offices (Auditor, Commissioners, Director) Prepare reports, charts, and presentations for leadership Act as backup for other supervisors when needed (including dispatch, drivers, and operations) Minimum Qualifications At least 1 year of accounting experience At least 1 year of experience with typing, keyboarding, or word processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Stronganizational,munication, andputer skills Valid driver's license Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records
Pay Details:
