Job Description

Step into an instrumental role within a fast-paced, client-focused financial planning practice. As a Client Service & Financial Planning Specialist, you will support advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience while assisting with financial planning. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients and supports the financial planning process through client data gathering, account servicing, meeting preparation, financial plan development support, and ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate combines strong client service skills with an interest in financial planning and enjoys working in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, organization, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management (60%) Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding account servicing and administrative requests. Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution. Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars. Prepare meeting agendas, forms, and supporting documentation. Conduct appointment reminder and follow-up calls. Maintain accurate client records and update information within the client management system. Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up for client meetings. Assist with account opening, transfers, and maintenance activities. Work with the corporate office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve operational issues. Create and send client correspondence, thank-you notes, and other communications Financial Planning Support (40%) Gather, organize, and maintain client financial data. Assist advisors in preparing financial planning analyses and recommendations. Prepare charts, graphs, reports, and other presentation materials for client meetings. Support development of portfolio and product recommendations consistent with client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. Assist with implementation and follow-up activities related to financial planning recommendations. Monitor planning-related workflows to ensure timely completion of client deliverables. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, client service, banking, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding client service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Preferred Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Experience supporting financial advisors or financial planning teams. Knowledge of investment, insurance, and retirement planning concepts. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
