Finance Operations Specialist ($45–50K) Position Summary The Finance Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting daily financial operations by ensuring the accurate processing of client transactions, managing cash movements, and maintaining precise financial records. This Finance Operations Specialist position is responsible for facilitating wire and ACH activity, completing reconciliations, and delivering timely reporting while adhering to strict compliance standards and deadlines. As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities The Finance Operations Specialist will process client transactions and maintain account records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Responsible for initiating and monitoring wire and ACH transfers through banking platforms. Perform daily cash reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution. Prepares, generates, and distributes client statements and operational reports to support business needs. Maintain compliant documentation and supports internal and external audit requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with issue resolution, system testing, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking operations, or a related field preferred for a Finance Operations Specialist. Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
